Service Characteristics

        1 The after-sale service department is responsible for training operating technicians, maintaining equipment and replacing quick-wear parts for users;

        2 When receiving customer feedback information, for common failure, the company should actively remove the failure in one hour; if the failure cannot be removed in a telephone mode, the principal of the maintenance department should assign after-sale service staff to give on-site maintenance in two hours for surrounding customers.

        3 To ensure maintenance quality, the sales department should give telephone return visit for the after-sale maintenance work.
